SBA - News about 2020-2021 assessments
Please see our letter regarding details about the state assessments this year.
Your child is scheduled to participate in the Smarter Balanced Assessments for grades 3-8 & 11, if in grades 5 and 8, the HSA Science (NGSS) Assessments which are federally mandated by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA, 2015) and required per Hawaii Board of Education policy. Students who are participating in distance learning or hybrid models are also required to be assessed in-person and on our school’s campus.
Your child’s teacher will contact you with further information regarding testing dates (dates and times will be announced at a later date).
